A PRESTIGIOUS place in the top 20 of care providers has been won by a Bromsgrove firm.
Care Force Ltd was granted the status by homecare.co.uk which provides reviews for companies and the services they provide.
Citations placed on the website look at a variety of elements, including the quality of care, overall standard, staff, management and value for money.
The awards highlight the most recommended home care providers in each region of the UK, based on the review score achieved by the end of April 2020.
Care providers must also be compliant with their relevant regulatory authority.
Simon Potter, sales director for homecare.co.uk said: “This is our seventh year running the awards and they grow in popularity each year – this is without doubt because they are exclusively based on the opinions of home care service users and their friends or family.
“Being able to display an award to care seekers highlights the highest possible standards of care are being provided.”
Care Force was established in Bromsgrove in 1992 and is the town’s only independent home care provider.
It employs 60 care workers who a deliver a versatile range of services, helping older people maintain their independence living in their own home.
Michelle Coates, care manager at Care Force said: “Our team of carers are committed to providing the very best level of home care and during the pandemic they have done an amazing job.
“Many vulnerable and older people have been forced to self-isolate and in some cases our care workers have been their only link with the local community.
“Winning this award is testament to the positive contribution they’ve made to people’s lives both during Covid-19 and before.”
