RESIDENTS and staff from St John’s Court and Housman Court care homes raised £379.64 by taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for MacMillan Cancer Support, writes Amneet Kaur.
Everyone got involved in the event by baking their own cakes and donating to the worthy cause.
They also got to taste the cakes they baked.
The money raised will be donated to help the charity in the fight against cancer.
