A CARE HOME in Bromsgrove has been recognised as one of the top five centres in the UK following a data-led award for excellence in later life care.
Burcot Grange, part of the Berkley Care Group, was praised for its close-knit community, warm staff culture, and commitment to resident wellbeing.
Recognition comes from The Lottie Awards, which assess care homes based on key quality, innovation and culture metrics and feedback from care advisors, site visits, and family reviews.
To mark the occasion, residents and staff at Burcot Grange came together for a special ‘Pink Party’, a joyful celebration filled with music, laughter and cake.
Burcot Grange was also one of just a handful of homes to receive a Care Experts’ Choice award, a category recognising homes Lottie’s own care advisors would recommend following site visits.
