Bromsgrove Editorial 14th Oct, 2022   0

A BROMSGROVE author is celebrating the release of her first book with a book launch event at Kindred on October 22.

Caroline Gaskin wrote ‘Sacred Boundaries’ to help readers feel refreshed, empowered and able to deal with juggling all the priorities life throws at them.

Caroline said: “Bromsgrove has a thriving and growing spiritual community, and as my home town it’s the perfect place to celebrate this book being released.

“This book offers important healing to people, and I am sure many will resonate with my own journey and story.

“Boundaries are vital to everyone’s self-care and so important in our busy lives.”

Caroline decided to write her book during Covid after believing that when the world returned to normality, people would find their boundaries tested more than ever.

During the book launch, you will be able to experience some of the meditations from the book and learn about all the classes and services Kindred offers.

Kelly Anne, Director of Kindred Bromsgrove CIC added:” We are absolutely thrilled and honoured to be chosen by Caroline for the official launch of her new book Sacred Boundaries.

“As a Spiritual, Holistic, Community Space, this event encompasses everything that Kindred stands for, supporting and promoting local talented individuals, and providing a safe space to grow and connect with like-minded people for the entire community!

“I truly hope this event encourages local people to embrace their spiritual side in these hectic and difficult times and reminds them that there is a safe space for them here whenever they need it.”

The book launch will take place between 10am and 4pm.

Visit sacredboundaries.co.uk to purchase the book.
