MEMBERS of the Bromsgrove and Redditch Rock Choirs have featured on opera singer Susan Boyle’s latest album ‘Ten’.
The world’s biggest contemporary choir provided the backing harmonies for Susan’s cover of The Greatest Showman.
The singers were given the shock of their lives when they were joined by Susan and opera legend Michael Ball at Angel Studio in London, despite being told the pair were unavailable to attend.
Michael told the excited group that their vocals ‘brought tears to his eyes’ before announcing he would be dueting with Susan and joining the choir on the record.
The song features on Boyle’s eighth studio album, celebrating ten years since her famous audition on Britain’s Got Talent, and was released as a last month.
Caroline Redman Lusher, who founded Rock Choir, said: “I am so thrilled that we were invited to sing on Susan’s album.
“At Rock Choir we are always creating life affirming and exciting experiences, so this moment was very special for us all.”
