BROMSGROVE Concerts is celebrating its 60th anniversary with another of its stand out classical music performances.
Their 60th anniversary show will see musical director and clarinettist, Keith Slade direct the Birmingham Philharmonic Chamber Ensemble, through a collection of classical music by Milhaud, Stravinsky, Bernstein and Ibert.
The concert organisation, founded by Jim Page MBE and Jennie Macgregor Smith in 1963, have been putting on an array of classical music performances in Bromsgrove for 60 years, sharing their love of music with the town and neighbouring areas.
The concert in Routh Hall, Bromsgrove School on September 29, starts at 7.30pm. Doors open from 6.30pm.
Tickets cost £23 and include a free glass of wine or soft drink and ‘nibbles’. Students and U-18s free.
