Birmingham Conservatoire harp students delight socially-distanced audience at Bromsgrove's St John's Church

A SOCIALLY-distanced audience enjoyed an hour of wonderful harp music at St John’s Church last week.

Four students from the harp department at Birmingham Conservatoire gave a dazzling display which showed all the colours of this delightful instrument.

Although the students have been able to give some recitals on Zoom, and play to other members of the department, this was the first time this year they had been able to play in front of a live audience.

A new series of the popular Saturday morning Cake and Coffee Concerts is due to start in September.
