BIRMINGHAM-based investors have forked out £4million for a prestige Bromsgrove business park.
Real Estate Investors (REI), which invests in well-located and proven real estate assets in the Midlands, have acquired Topaz Business Park.
The site is close to Junction 1 of the M42 and the business park is currently multi-let to seven companies including QS Finance, Prestige, M V Kelly, Handelsbanken, Fuelsoft, Toshiba and Instinctive Technologies.
Paul Bassi, chief executive officer of REI, said: “This latest acquisition complements our existing holdings at Buntsford Gate and shops and offices in Bromsgrove town centre.
“We want to acquire further investments in Bromsgrove in the future and look forward to doing so.”
