A NEW cake shop will open its doors in Rubery with a special event stretching the whole weekend.
The Cake Solution, owned by Dillan Shikotra and Neil Blakeman, is on New Road and will have plenty going on between 9am and 5pm tomorrow and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday (January 29 and 30).
Among the activities will be a chance to spin the wheel to win cake, £1 takeaway coffees, free cake pops for the under tens and other offers.
Local businesses, school staff, NHS workers, police officers and Rubery shoppers are all welcome to go down and see what the business has to offer.
Among the delights will be cheesecake, mud cakes, birthday cakes, sponges, and breakfast and lunchtime items.
