BROMSGROVE District Housing Trust (BDHT) is calling for local businesses to support its upcoming ‘Family Fun Days’.

The trust is championing the cause for community spirit by hosting events in Sidemoor and Charford.

The events are aimed at bringing people together in their local community to enjoy afternoons of bouncy castles, fun painting, pony rides, tombolas and raffles.

There will also be information stands and demonstrations from local service providers.

Hannah Ross, BDHT’s sheltered living manager, said: “We really value he support from local businesses and individuals who have played a part in our events in past years.

“They take place in the heart of two of Bromsgrove’s largest communities and there’s always a fantastic turn-out.

“It’s a great opportunity for businesses to reach out to the local community and share the services that they offer.”

The Family Fun Days will be held at King George’s Playing Fields, in Sidemoor, on Wednesday, August 1, and Lyttleton Avenue Play Fields, in Charford, on August 22.
