Barnt Green Zen Den is offering visitors the opportunity to get involved individually or as a family.
On October 10, a Cacao Ceremony with Sound Bath and Reiki Healing workshop will be taking place.
Ceremonial Cacao is a heart-opening chocolate plant medicine which is often served as a hot drink.
The four-hour ceremony is described as a journey of self-discovery and healing.
It is recommended you don’t have food or caffeine for two hours before the ceremony.
Soup/snacks and herbal tea will be served.
The next event is a family yoga session which will be taking place on October 24.
The is gives families the opportunity to have quality time together while also strengthening their bonds and supporting each other.
This class will involve a number of simple yoga postures and sequences.
