Aztec Adventure receives award for 'Getting Games Ready'

LOCAL business Aztec Adventure has received the Games Ready Business recognition award which showcases its commitment to bringing a warm and inclusive welcome during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

The recognition is awarded to businesses that has used the ‘Getting Games Ready’ programme to train at least 80 per cent of its frontline staff.

The company has two locations Upton Warren and Lower Moor where it has an aqua park, open water swimming, boat hire, and archery and offers indoor climbing at Evesham Leisure Centre.

The e-learning programme offers insight and information to ensure businesses across the West Midlands are prepared for the event.




Aztec Adventure owner Mark Spence said: “We are passionate about delivering a warm welcome and are incredibly proud to have achieved the Games Ready Business Recognition.

“Not only does this generate a positive buzz about the service we offer, but it helps to promote Aztec Adventure as a friendly and welcoming tourist destination.”
