A FLAG flying ceremony will be held in Bromsgrove tomorrow (Monday) to mark Armed Forces Day.
The event will start at the war monument in Crown Close at 10.30am,
The flag will be raised by Bromsgrove District Council Chairman Coun Rod Laight and it will be flown all week leading up to the 11th annual Armed Forces Day which is officially held this Saturday, June 29.
Coun Laight said: “I would invite anyone that wants to join us in raising this flag together as a community, as we once again commemorate not only those who have given their lives but those who continue to protect us all.”
