A WHITE VW Golf rammed two police cars and was then involved in a crash in Bromsgrove around 2.35pm last Tuesday.

Police officers were getting out car in a car park in Burcot Lane to approach two suspects believed to be dealing drugs from the Golf.

But as the officers approached the Golf pulled away at speed, ramming two police vehicles as it made its escape.

The car was also then involved in a crash with a black Peugeot and the driver and passenger decamped.

The woman and passenger in the Peugeot were both taken to hospital and both received medical treatment for minor injuries before being discharged.

Det Supt Alex Farmer urged witnesses, drivers with dash cam footage of the crash or anyone who saw the VW Golf, which had a registration number starting ‘AD13’, to call him on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

One man in his 40s was arrested concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and was later released under investigation.
