A man has been stabbed following two 'linked' incidents in South Birmingham on Sunday night

A MAN has been stabbed following two allegedly linked incidents in South Birmingham on Sunday night (April 8).

At 8.45pm on Sunday night, West Midlands Police were called to Toll House Road, near the junction with Lickey Road, after reports of a group of men attacking a vehicle with baseball bats and hammers.

Minutes later, an ambulance attended a stabbing in Laughton Close.

The man, aged in his 30s, suffered non-life-threatening stab injuries and is being treated in hospital.




A spokesperson said: “The incidents may be connected.

“Enquiries are at an early stage but it’s suspected this may be a targeted attack.”
