PARKING irresponsibly near a Hagley beauty spot has landed 14 drivers with fines for unnecessary obstruction.
The motorists were ticketed yesterday on Hagley Wood Lane while police were patrolling the area to clamp down on irresponsible and dangerous parking.
Obstructive parking has become a persistent problem in some areas, particularly as people travel to picturesque places to escape the lockdown and participate in their daily exercise.
Officers have urged drivers to be considerate when visiting beauty spots and parking on rural lanes or pay the penalty.
