Cats Protection are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a commitment to customer service to join them as a Receptionist at their Evesham site.
You will work 21 hours per week, 9am-5pm, over 3 days, on a rota basis (to include weekends and bank holidays) and in return you will receive a salary of up to £12,659.57 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Rota pattern is as follows:
- Week 1 – Wednesday , Thursday, Sunday
- Week 2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 3 – Monday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 4 – Wednesday Thursday, Friday

Cats Protection adoption and homing centres care for thousands of cats each year until they are able to find a loving new home. In 2020 27,000 cats were rehomed, 15,000 of these through their hand-free homing service, and 1,900 more reunited with their owners. Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
As a Receptionist, you will provide information and assistance to the general public, volunteers and other stakeholders over the telephone, through face to face communication and via email, as well as providing administrative support to the Centre. This role will also include driving of a centre Van for banking, fundraising activities and occasional support with vet visits. They would also require some occasional support with cat care during the Christmas period.

- A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- A strong, flexible team player
- Lots of energy teamed with a positive upbeat attitude.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence
