FOLK fans will be in for a treat on Thursday, May 10, when Synergy come to Catshill Club.
Clive Gregson and Liz Simcock will take to the stage for the latest gig to have been organised by Bromsgrove Folk Club.
Both artists are no stranger to audiences both large and small and have had successful solo careers.
Clive has performed and recorded with Richard Thompson, Nanci Griffith, Eddi Reader and Boo Hewerdine, whilst his songs have been recorded by Nanci Griffith, Kim Carnes, Fairport Convention, Claire Martin, Norma Waterson and Smokie.
Liz has performed alongside Eliza Carthy, Billy Bragg, Eddi Reader and Kathryn Williams
Together they produce a contemporary sound second to none in the world of acoustic roots music, along with their sound audience rapport.
Admission is £8 or £4 for the under 25s. Non-members’ tickets are £10.
