Bromsgrove singer-songwriter Jack Goodall set for homecoming gig at Artrix

BROMSGROVE singer-songwriter will have a homecoming gig at Artrix at 7.30pm next Saturday, December 23, writes Chris Britton. 

Jack Goodall, who has toured Britain, Ireland and Canada, will be joined by three other artists for the Christmas show.

Among them will be percussionist David Rees-Jones, Jack Smith on drums, Thom Hollick on bass guitar and Kate Wilkins on keyboards and synths.

Goodall has received radioplay and praise from Elbow’s Guy Garvey, and is also renowned as a producer with other artists.

This year he has released his second studio album ‘The Whole Thing is Moving’, mixing funk and afrobeat.

Cal Doonican, described as ‘a ska country punk folker’ is also performing in his last event at the Artrix show and there will be support from ‘Whit Gutler and The Djinns’.
