Delve into the past as Avoncroft Museum is brought to life..

Avoncroft Museum will be host to the International Living History Festival 2022 as part of an exciting partnership with Pike and Shot Events!

Enjoy a historical and artisan market, living history displays, and immersive activities, at the International Living History Festival 2022. Experience history from Vikings to the Korean War in this fabulous new location at Avoncroft Museum, England’s first open air museum.

Ideally located in the heart of England, just off the M5, this weekend will provide the perfect location for all visitors and reenactors alike to delve into all periods of our historical past.  Many of Europe’s best artisans, craftsmen and traders are on hand, happy to advise and provide a huge array of items and replicas of historical heritage. This Festival of history has become the primary multi-period market place for re-enactors, historical interpreters and historical enthusiasts across Europe.
