THREE people were arrested in Bromsgrove following a suspicious incident.
North Worcestershire Police attended after being alerted by the public.
The van the trio were in was stopped as it tried yo leave the scene.
They were found to be in possession of angle grinders and other tools. They were arrested on suspicion of ‘going equipped to steal or commit crime.
