POLICE have arrested two teenagers after a 17-year-old was robbed at knifepoint at a bus stop in Northfield yesterday.
Officers from British Transport Police’s Safer Travel Team held the 15 and 16-year-old and recovered suspected stolen property after a search of an address.
The pair have since been bailed while police continue their enquiries.
Other street robberies in the area
Last week Northfield Police posted on Twitter that extra patrols were being carried out at Longbridge Park and Ride and retail park due to an increase in robberies in the area.
