THIS BMW was seized earlier today after police checks found the driver had no insurance.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) pulled it over at Hopwood services off the M42.
It was then the motorist admitted he had no policy in place and the vehicle was seized.
The driver has been reported for the offence which usually leads to six penalty points and a £200 fine.
