THIS cloned car was seized in Bromsgrove after police found the driver had no tax or insurance.
The licence plates had been changed on the red Mazda which officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit suspect was done in a bid to avoid paying.
The motorist also had no licence and will be appearing in court soon.
