FAMILIES at Play Days playgroup in Rednal enjoyed a harvest festival led by Rev Steven Jones.
The event, at St Stephen’s Church, saw the children sit and listen to a harvest story about a giant turnip and they enjoyed taking part in action songs.
Donations were handed over to the church to pass on.
Victoria Price, from the playgroup, said: “It’s so lovely to be able to work with the church and everyone enjoyed the service followed by soup and snacks afterwards.”
