A DRIVER with no insurance or licence and was suspected of entering the UK illegally was arrested when this van was pulled over on the M42 near Bromsgrove.
Officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Patrol Unit made the stop and carried out checks on the motorist.
The remnants of a cannabis factory were also discovered on board the vehicle.
The man was taken into custody and the vehicle has been seized.
