A CAR stolen during a burglary in Northfield was stopped by police and recovered.
The Kia (pictured) was spotted leaving the scene of another burglary in Shirley by a West Midlands Police dogs unit and gave chase.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Patrol Unit and a helicopter from the National Police Air Service joined the pursuit and brought the vehicle to a halt.
The driver decamped and was caught after a foot chase before being taken into custody.
