Plenty of family fun on offer at this weekend's Rubery Festival

THIS YEAR’S Rubery Festival will take place on Sunday, September 5, featuring a variety of activities and events.

It will begin with a parade at 12pm from the Memorial Club to St Chad’s Park where the festival arena will be.

The event will be formally opened by Bromsgrove District Council Chairman, Coun Rod Laight.

A variety of performers will take to the stage, including the winners of this year’s Rubery’s Got Talent – Olivia Payne and Alesi Summer- and 2019 Search For a Star winner Emily Badger.




There will also be a variety of charity stalls, children’s characters, refreshments, pony rides, a bucking bronco, train rides and a bouncy castle.

Admission is free.
