Abi keen to tell businesses of the benefits of backing Primrose Hospice

A NEW fund-raiser has joined the team at Primrose Hospice.

Abi Coulson joins the charity from Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice and brings with her a wealth of knowledge as a corporate fund-raiser.

The 24-year-old is looking to speak to any local businesses interested in finding out more about hospice care.

She is also keen to discuss how supporting a Redditch and Bromsgrove charity is not only beneficial for their business but also has a hugely positive impact on their colleagues and the community who the hospice supports.

“I am absolutely thrilled to join the team at Primrose and can already see the big difference the charity makes in the local community,” said Abi.

“I’m really looking forward to working with businesses in Redditch and Bromsgrove and getting to know how their businesses work and how we can support them as a chosen charity.

“I appreciate that every business is individual and works differently so I would love the chance to create a bespoke partnership package together and marry up how it would work with their brand.

“Working in partnership with a charity can create a great sense of community in a workplace and boost morale whether that’s getting people involved in fundraising, community events or volunteering.”

Sally Insley, fund-raising manager at Primrose Hospice, added: “Abi brings with her a wealth of experience working alongside businesses to make sure both they and Primrose benefit from their fundraising endeavours.

“Please do get in touch with her even if initially it is just to say hello and welcome Abi to Redditch and Bromsgrove.”

Any business owners wishing to chat to Abi about supporting Primrose Hospice should either email [email protected] or call 01527 889796.
