TEENAGE troublemakers were seen smashing a window at a property on New Road, Bromsgrove on April 19 at 4.30pm.
Police said the two offenders were aged between 13-15 and were both in black trousers and trainers and white tops.
One boy who was seen had the number ’89’ on the front of his top.
Officers are encouraging anyone with information to come forward to help solve the case.
