SIX ducklings have been rescued after trying to cross the M5.
The youngsters were picked up by Highways England officers who posted these pictures.
They were attempting a perilous journey across the northbound carriageway between Junction 5 (Droitwich) and Junctiom 4a (Bromsgrove).
The Highways England (West Midlands) officers said they were now safe and sound.
“It was our absolute pleasure to ensure these little ones were safe.”
