A KIND-HEARTED food vendor in Rubery is offering families who might be struggling to visit for a free hot drink and a hot sandwich.
Community-minded Nick Husband, who runs Nick’s Sandwich Bar, in the A38 layby wants to give something back and is running the offer all next week.
He said: “Everyone is welcome to come down and see us – I know it’s tough at the moment, especially during the school holidays and hopefully this will help brighten people’s days.”
