A MOTORIST stopped on the M5 near Bromsgrove after police officers saw him using his mobile phone at the wheel was caught drug-driving.
He undertook a roadside drugs wipe test at the roadside after Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit pulled him over.
After testing positive earlier today he was arrested and taken into police custody.
