THE SOUTHBOUND carriageway of the M42 is currently closed between Junction 3 (Wythall and the A435) to Junction 2 (Alvechurch).
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Warwickshire Fire and Rescue are in attendance following a serious crash.
Highways England officers have closed the carriageway and have warned drivers to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
