A BMW stolen in a car-key burglary was returned to its owner after police chased the thieves from Alvechurch to Northfield.
The culprits failed to stop for police after taking the vehicle and officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit pursued it through Longbridge and to Northfield where the chase ended.

The car sped past the Great Stone pub and St Lawrence Church before going through a no entry junction, turning the wrong way down a one-way road.
The thieves found themselves at a dead end and had to decamp.
