DRIVERS are being urged to avoid the main road between Bromsgrove and Redditch because of a police incident.
Traffic is currently gridlocked on the A448 Bromsgrove Highway, near to Windmill Drive.
West Merica Police said there were concerns for a person’s safety.
He added the situation had now been brought to a safe conclusion.
