THE SOUTHBOUND carriageway of the M42 from Junction 3A (M40 Link) to Junction 3 (Wythall) was closed tonight due to a serious collision.
The incident – which involved a car overturning – happened earlier this evening.
The emergency services are on the scene, along with traffic officers.
One lane has since been reopened but drivers are still being urged to find alternative routes.
