Rubery man charged with owning dangerous animal after small dog attacked and killed

A RUBERY man has been charged with two counts of owning a dog who is dangerously out of control, causing injury.

Ronald Tyler, aged 65, of Rednal Hill Lane, was also charged with criminal damage following an incident on August 14 in Beacon View where two dogs, believed to be German Shepherds, attacked a smaller dog.

The injured dog later died.

Tyler is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on December 22, 2020.
