A CLONED car was brought to an abrupt stop when it tried to go off-road after being pursued by police on the M5.
It started around 1.45pm yesterday on the northbound carriageway near Junction 4, near Bromsgrove.
The suspect vehicle left the carriageway at Frankley Services and headed towards Bartley Green.
After going down field Lane and into Burrington Road it turned onto a pavement and grass verge and collided with a bollard.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit arrested one person and took them into custody.
