Community hospital and recovery ward visits in Bromsgrove SUSPENDED from today

Bromsgrove Editorial 11th Sep, 2020 Updated: 11th Sep, 2020   0

VISITING the community hospital and recovery wards in Bromsgrove has been suspended from today.

It follows a rise in Covid-19 cases in the town which has also led to care home visiting being stopped.

It means that visiting is now suspended at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital, and the mental health/recovery wards at New Haven, Keith Winter House, Church View and Tudor Lodge with immediate effect.

The situation will be reviewed again next week.

There will be some exceptions, for example visiting for patients who are receiving end of life care.

No other community hospital or ward is affected at this stage and they continue to facilitate visiting by appointment only.
