A FINE and three penalty points are on the way for a driver who jumped a red light on the M42 and nearly crashed into a marked police car.
It happened at Junction 2 (Hopwood Services) last night.
The officers who were nearly hit from Worcestershire Operational Police Unit pulled over the driver following the incident on the slip road.
The motorist has been reported and will now pay the penalty
