THE driver of this white BMW is facing a £300 fine and six penalty points after being caught with no insurance.
The stop was made at 9pm on Houndsfield Road in Wythall.
The car was also seized by officers from Alvechurch and Wythall Safer Neighbourhood Team and the motorist will also have to pay £150 to recover the vehicle.
