A MOTORIST who ignored police advice to not drive his car was caught for driving without insurance and holding an expired provisional licence.
It happened last night in Wythall.
After reprimanding the driver and reporting him for the offences, officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit seized the vehicle.
The last time the motorist had driven as soon as the police car left the scene.
