A DRIVER en route to buy cigarettes was found to be speeding and driving without a licence or insurance.
Officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit caught the motorist on the A38 in Bromsgrove.
The car sped past the officers’ vehicle earlier today and was subsequently pulled over.
