A DRIVER in Bromsgrove is facing six penalty points and a fine on the way after being caught on a mobile phone at the wheel.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit (OPU) spotted the motorist on Thursday on the A38.
Drivers who flout the mobile phone often get at least a £200 fine as well as the points.
