A DRIVER was caught by police on the motorway between Bromsgrove and Droitwich, travelling at 95mph and rolling a cigarette.
The incident happened overnight on the southbound carriageway of the M5 in between Junction 4 and 5.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit (OPU) stopped the Fiat and have reported the driver.
