POLICE who seized a vehicle in Bromsgrove which had no insurance were told by the driver the policy was going to be ‘bought on payday’.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit stopped the car on the A38 earlier today.
The police want to reiterate any vehicle on the road has to be insured.
The motorist has been reported for the offence and now faces a fine and penalty points which are likely to increase the insurance premium.
