Longbridge singer through in Search for a Star as the Austin gets ready for the third heat

THREE more performers are through to the semi-finals in this year’s Search For A Star at the Austin Sports and Social Club.

Charley Thompson from Longbridge, delighted the judges with Cilla Black’s You’re My World, The Carnival is Over and What About Love?

Richard Beckett performed pieces from Les Miserables, The Greatest Showman and Miss Saigon and Kate Patridge Stand By Me and Dance With My Father.

Another highlight of the evening on Saturday was 16-year-old Ella Jackson making her stage debut.




The next heat is tomorrow at 8pm at the club in Longbridge.
