BROMSGROVE Police are investigating a reported hate crime in which a woman was verbally abused by a male dog walker regarding a disability she has.
It happened around 8.30am on Saturday, October 5, on Burcot Lane, at the junction of Shenstone Close.
The man was white, in his 50s, around 6ft tall and of stocky build.
He had short grey hair and was walking a brown and white Springer Spaniel.
