AN 18-month-old toddler, two women and a dog escaped a serious car collision in Northfield on Wednesday, July 31.
Emergency services were called to Tessall Lane, at around 10pm, after the black Volkswagen hit parked cars and flipped on to its roof in the middle of the road.
West Midlands Police arrested a woman at the scene on suspicion of drink driving.
